Social Media Manager (Strategist + Account Manager) Overview
We are seeking a proactive and creative
Social Media Manager
who can own end-to-end strategy, client communication, and performance delivery for multiple brands. This role blends strategic thinking with strong account management, ensuring that all social media activities drive measurable results while maintaining an excellent client experience.
Primary Responsibility
Lead social media strategy, client relationship management, performance oversight, and internal team direction.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
Conduct detailed
onboarding strategy sessions
with new clients to understand goals, audience, and brand direction.
Develop comprehensive
monthly social media content strategies
, aligned with client objectives and platform best practices.
Provide strong strategic direction through
hooks, angles, content pillars, and campaign themes
.
Collaboration & Workflow Management
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams --
content writers, designers, video editors, and copywriters
-- to execute the strategy effectively.
Review and
approve internal drafts
for quality and alignment before sending them to clients.
Share the finalized
monthly content calendar with clients
for feedback and approval, ensuring timely delivery.
Client Management & Performance
Lead monthly
performance review calls
, delivering actionable insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations.
Identify
growth opportunities
and propose innovative initiatives to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
Actively
up-sell and cross-sell
relevant services to enhance client results and expand account value.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
