The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and leads through strategic social media activities aligned with the company's goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
Lead a content creation team including designers & video editors.
Create and shoot reels, short videos, success stories, testimonials, event coverage.
Monitor trends and strategize viral and high-reach content.
Run paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads.
Handle online community engagement & respond to inquiries.
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Ensure brand consistency in communication across all channels.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
4-8 years of experience
in Social Media Management.
Strong experience in
content creation and reel shooting
.
Ability to
lead & manage a social media/creative team
.
Knowledge of editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Good understanding of hashtags, trends & competitor analysis.
MBA
in Marketing.
