Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller who understands brand positioning, trends, and community building--while leveraging
advanced AI tools
for content creation, automation, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X
.
Plan and publish compelling content--posts, reels, shorts, stories, and thought-leadership pieces.
Use
advanced AI tools
(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, OpusClip, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance content creation, planning, editing, and automation.
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Track industry trends, tech innovations, and event updates for real-time engagement.
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools; create detailed monthly reports.
Grow followers, increase engagement, and build active online communities.
Coordinate with design, video, and events teams for integrated digital campaigns.
Manage social media presence during live events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
3-6 years of proven experience managing social media for brands, startups, or media companies.
Strong understanding of digital trends, algorithms, and content optimization.
Proficiency in
AI-based tools
for graphics, caption generation, scheduling, video editing, and analytics.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of paid ads and campaign management.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments and tight timelines.
