We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized
Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of content strategy, community building, analytics, and hands-on experience with advanced AI tools for content creation, scheduling, optimization, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
Create high-performing content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, visuals, and copy) using both traditional and
AI-powered tools
.
Manage daily operations of all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, and emerging channels.
Utilize
AI tools
for:
Content ideation and scriptwriting
AI-driven editing (video, graphic, and audio)
Auto-captioning, auto-thumbnails, and content repurposing
Predictive performance insights and trend analysis
Automation and scheduling workflows
Plan and execute paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand engagement activities.
Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
Track KPIs, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Coordinate with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on social trends, algorithms, and new AI-driven capabilities.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, platform algorithms, and content best practices.
Proficiency with
AI-driven social media tools

ChatGPT / Jasper / Copy.ai (content creation)
Canva AI / Adobe Firefly (design & visuals)
CapCut AI / Runway ML (video editing & enhancement)

Vidyo.ai / OpusClip (AI content repurposing)
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor tone for each platform.
Experience running paid ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
Creative mindset with an eye for visuals and trends.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts or campaigns.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
