Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
, and
YouTube
.
Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages aligned with target audience behavior.
Develop and execute strategic campaigns focused on KPIs like
reach, engagement, conversions
, and
ROAS
.
Continuously optimize ad targeting, bidding, and placements for maximum ROI.
Implement audience segmentation based on demographics, interests, and behavior.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and report key metrics such as
CPL
,
COA
,
ROAS
, and
conversion rates
.
Prepare regular performance reports highlighting insights and optimization recommendations.
Monitor trends, benchmark against competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
Build and execute content strategies aligned with audience engagement goals.
Market Research & Audience Targeting
Conduct competitor and market research to refine target audience strategies.
Identify new opportunities and differentiation areas for brand positioning.
Optimize marketing campaigns through continuous audience and performance analysis.
Content Strategy & Collaboration
Work with content, design, and analytics teams to create and manage high-impact digital campaigns.
Develop engaging, consistent content to grow online communities and brand awareness.
Align all social media activities with the overall marketing and business objectives.
Trend Monitoring
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, ad platform changes, and tools to ensure innovative campaign execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream + Diploma/Degree in
Digital Marketing

Minimum
3 years of digital marketing experience
, including:
2+ years managing
Amazon Ads
1+ year managing
Meta/Facebook/Google Ads
Proven experience achieving high ROAS and driving scalable campaigns.
Strong knowledge of
Facebook Ads Manager

Meta Business Suite
,
Google Ads
, and analytics tools.
Proficiency in
email marketing

PPC
,
WhatsApp
, and
SMS campaigns
.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent creative writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with
