Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a
social media strategy
aligned with business goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish
high-quality content
(posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
Collaborate with the
marketing and design teams
to create visually appealing and on-brand creatives.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay updated.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
Manage paid campaigns and ad budgets to maximize ROI.
Run influencer collaborations and partnerships to boost brand reach.
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a
Social Media Manager
or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent
copywriting and content creation
skills.
Proficiency with tools such as
Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer
, or similar.
Basic knowledge of
SEO
and digital marketing principles.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
