Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will own and execute the company's digital strategy across all key channels:
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
Develop, manage, and execute a cohesive social media and content strategy across all company platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Produce high-quality, engaging social media content daily/weekly
, with a strong emphasis on
short-form video content (Reels/TikToks)
, including filming, editing, and graphic design.
Manage all social media accounts, including community engagement, monitoring trends, and ensuring brand consistency.
Maintain and update the company website content, ensuring fresh, accurate, and engaging copy and visuals.
Performance Marketing & Execution:
Formulate, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on major platforms, including
Google Ads (Search, Display)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
, ensuring all campaigns are executed within budget.
Conduct continuous
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
work, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitoring performance to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all content, social media, and paid marketing campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and budget.
Execute all approved marketing plans and initiatives, taking full ownership of project timelines and delivery.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of
1.5 years of hands-on professional experience
in a digital marketing, social media, or content creation role.
Technical Skills (Required):
Proven experience creating, editing, and producing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager
.
Working knowledge of
SEO best practices
and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics/GA4.
Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or similar for website maintenance.
Soft Skills:
A high degree of creativity and ability to identify and capitalize on digital trends.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making and budget management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
