Colors Queen is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with strong agency experience to lead content creation, brand storytelling, and digital engagement across all social platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the beauty and cosmetics industry, well-versed in content trends, and capable of developing impactful strategies that drive brand awareness, community growth, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Define GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new product launches and campaigns.
Drive brand communication across all digital touchpoints ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visuals.
Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
Oversee creation of engaging content -- posts, reels, videos, stories, and influencer collaborations.
Work closely with the creative and design teams to conceptualize beauty-driven visuals and storytelling.
Ensure all content reflects the brand's identity, values, and aesthetic standards.
Ideate and execute campaigns, contests, and interactive content to boost engagement.
Performance & Analytics
Track and analyze key social metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) using analytics tools.
Optimize performance through data-driven insights and trend analysis.
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Community & Influencer Management
Manage brand reputation by responding to customer queries, comments, and feedback.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, beauty creators, and digital partners.
Collaborate with the PR and influencer teams for campaign amplification.
Campaigns & Collaboration
Partner with the e-commerce and marketing teams to promote launches and sales campaigns.
Coordinate cross-platform marketing strategies for festive or seasonal collections.
Stay updated on beauty trends, digital innovations, and viral formats to keep brand content fresh and relevant.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong experience in social media content creation, strategy, and brand communication.
Proven agency background in handling multiple beauty/lifestyle brands.
Creative mindset with solid understanding of beauty, skincare, and cosmetics trends.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and copywriting skills.
Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign execution.
Strong visual sense and understanding of design and aesthetics.
