Profile : Social Media Manager (Female)

Location: Shalimar Bagh, North Delhi

Salary: ₹18,000-?35,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms Plan and manage monthly content calendars Create engaging reels, posts, and stories using basic video editing tools Coordinate photo/video shoots and collaborate with design and product teams Monitor performance metrics and optimize content using analytics Build and engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactive formats Stay updated with platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes

Required Skills

Content Creation & Social Media Management Platform Expertise (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Basic Video Editing (InShot, CapCut, Canva, etc.) Content Calendar Planning Social Media Analytics & Reporting Creativity, Visual Aesthetics & Brand Storytelling Ability to handle shoots and coordinate with editors Strong communication and writing skills
