About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager (3+ yrs exp) who can do more than just post. This role requires someone who knows how to listen, analyze, and act -- turning consumer insights and competitor gaps into premium content and campaigns that scale Vitagoli's presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute content calendars (reels, carousels, stories, UGC, campaigns).
Maintain premium brand voice across all posts.
Social Listening & Consumer Insights
Use tools to understand what women are searching, saying, and struggling with.
Translate insights into content angles, hooks, and campaigns.
Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking
Map competitor strategies across beauty/wellness.
Identify gaps in content, engagement, and consumer conversation create differentiated content for Vitagoli.
Community Engagement
Respond to comments/DMs with empathy and authority.
Build shareable content formats (polls, quizzes, challenges).
Analytics & Optimization
Track weekly KPIs: reach, engagement, saves, shares, conversions.
Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and posting times.
Scale what works, drop what doesn't.
