Social Media Manager

to elevate our brand and connect with potential homebuyers and investors online.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and sales goals. Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience. Run paid ad campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to property listings. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote new projects, site visits, and offers. Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly performance reports. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and real estate. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online community.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Social Media Manager, preferably in

real estate or luxury/lifestyle sectors

. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and paid advertising. Ability to create visually appealing content and work with design/video teams. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Knowledge of lead generation strategies in the real estate industry is a plus.
