Job Title: Social Media Manager

Salary Range: ₹25,000-35,000/month (depending on experience)

We're Pinnacle, a fast-growing creative agency managing 20+ brands across luxury, fashion, real estate, salons, and F&B. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of multiple brands -- from content planning and strategy to posting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Create monthly content calendars and strategies for assigned brands. Coordinate with designers & video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives. Write engaging captions and hashtags that fit each brand's tone. Schedule and post content (reels, carousels, stories, static posts). Track and analyze performance; prepare weekly/monthly reports. Stay updated with Instagram/Facebook trends and formats. Communicate with clients for approvals and updates.

Requirements

1-3 years of social media management experience (agency background preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook marketing. Good writing skills and attention to detail. Highly organized and deadline-oriented. Ability to handle 8-10 brands simultaneously.
