Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and curate engaging content, including copywriting, visuals (working with designers), reels, and short-form videos.
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Engage actively with followers--responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and customer support teams to align messaging and campaigns.
Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and key company events.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track and report performance.
Analyze campaign results and audience insights to optimize content and posting strategies.
Stay current on emerging platforms and tools to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
