Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.
Create monthly/quarterly content calendars.
Content Development & Branding:
Create engaging, original, and platform-specific content (text, graphics, videos, reels, stories, blogs).
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with the design team for high-quality visual content.
Content Scheduling & Posting:
Plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Use social media management tools to automate and optimise posting.
Community Engagement & Reputation Management:
Actively engage with followers through comments, messages, and reviews.
Build, nurture, and grow the online community.
Handle queries and resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure positive brand reputation.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyse KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, traffic).
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and improvement plans.
Paid Advertising:
Create, manage, and optimise paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Ads).
Set budgets, target the right audience, and ensure ROI-driven results.
Brand Monitoring & Crisis Handling:
Monitor brand mentions, industry discussions, and customer sentiment.
Address negative feedback and manage potential PR issues swiftly.
Collaboration & Campaigns:
Work with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns (giveaways, contests, influencer collaborations, product launches).
Coordinate with influencers and brand partners to increase reach.
Trend & Innovation:
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates.
Experiment with innovative ideas such as reels, live sessions, and interactive polls.
Audience Research:
Conduct market and audience research to understand preferences and behaviours.
Tailor campaigns to effectively target the right customer segments.
Mandatory Skills & Additional Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
Hands-on experience with Canva/Photoshop, video editing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to develop influencer marketing strategies and negotiate collaborations.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in social media management/digital marketing (preferred).
Qualification:
Graduate in Marketing/Communications/Media or equivalent.
