Roles & Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, graphics) aligned with the brand's tone and seasonal trends.
Coordinate with the design and product teams to highlight new launches, festive campaigns, and decor inspirations.
Run paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display) to drive traffic and conversions.
Track performance using analytics tools; prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social platforms for new opportunities.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and build strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with influencers & content creators for brand promotions.
Suggest creative campaigns and festive marketing ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Key Skills & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Manager in e-commerce or consumer brand.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest marketing.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative mindset with skills in content writing, captioning, and storytelling.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Strong communication, time management, and trend-spotting skills.
