You will work directly with the founders and the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, manage influencer collaborations, and optimize paid and organic growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute monthly/quarterly social media calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and festivals.
Build and grow VINR's digital community across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms (Tira, Nykaa, Myntra social commerce).
Content Creation & Management
Brief, coordinate, and oversee content production (UGC, reels, static posts, blogs, creatives).
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all posts.
Experiment with
new formats
: trending reels, memes, stories, polls, live sessions, etc.
Influencer & Community Marketing
Identify and onboard beauty/skincare influencers and micro-creators.
Manage influencer briefs, barter/gifting, campaign tracking, and ROI measurement.
Build loyalty with recurring influencers and brand advocates.
Advertising & Performance
Coordinate for
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads
.
Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Track KPIs: ROAS, engagement rate, follower growth, and sales attribution.
Brand Engagement
Drive conversations with followers via comments, DMs, and community groups.
Manage customer queries and feedback on social platforms in coordination with the operations team.
Analytics & Reporting
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights on growth, engagement, and sales impact.
Stay updated with beauty industry trends, competitors (Mamaearth, Plum, Minimalist, Dot & Key, Pilgrim), and adapt strategies accordingly.
