Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Stay up to date with social media trends and competitors.
Graphic Design:
Design promotional materials such as posts, stories, banners, GIFs, reels thumbnails, ads, and digital catalogues.
Create branding elements such as logos, templates, and highlights.
Edit photos and videos to match the brand's visual language.
Ensure brand consistency in all creative materials.
Content Collaboration:
Work with product and marketing teams to understand product launches, sales, and events.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers or create basic product shoots in-house (if required).
Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns and marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithm changes, and content strategies.
Knowledge of basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid promotions (optional but a plus).
