. You'll manage our posts, reels, influencer pipeline, and overall Instagram growth strategy with clear KPIs for reach, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule & publish daily content across
Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Write captions, hashtags, and story ideas aligned with VINR's brand tone and campaigns
Identify, reach out to, and manage
nano/micro/mid-tier influencers
for barter or paid collaborations
Track influencer performance (reach, clicks, sales, UGC quality) and maintain collaboration database
Use tools like
Canva, CapCut, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Lumen5, DALLE)
to create content faster
Coordinate shoots, reels, testimonials, and UGC curation
Handle DMs, comments, community building, and giveaways
Monitor Instagram analytics and report weekly growth and performance metrics
Keep up with trends, reels audios, meme culture, and skincare content hooks
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing
Strong communication skills for reaching out to influencers and managing follow-ups
Creativity and basic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools for faster content creation is a big bonus
Deep understanding of beauty/skincare trends, aesthetics, and consumer psychology
Self-driven, organized, and results-focused with an eye for what works online
Bonus Points For:
Experience managing skincare/beauty D2C brands on Instagram
Personal creator profile or prior influencer collaborations
Google Sheets + Notion familiarity to manage influencer pipelines
Knowledge of Meta Ads manager for boosting posts (optional)
