Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will lead our digital presence and growth across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Quora. This role involves content leadership, audience building, brand positioning, and high-quality lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content and Brand Communication
Build and maintain platform-specific content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, launches, seasonal cycles, and energy-based events.
Write high-impact, emotionally engaging captions, headlines, and calls to action.
Collaborate with the creative team (editor, designer) to develop high-converting content (Reels, carousels, shorts, etc.).
Ensure daily engagement and consistent publishing across all active platforms.
Audience Growth and Lead Generation
Develop organic strategies to increase reach, followers, and engagement aligned with our target audience.
Plan ad creatives and campaigns, monitor performance, and work with external ad specialists as needed.
Implement strategies for lead magnets (free downloads, opt-ins, DM campaigns) and collaborate with the CRM team to nurture inbound leads.
Track and report lead flow and conversion performance through social media efforts.
Performance Analysis and Platform Optimization
Monitor analytics through Meta Suite, YouTube Studio, Pinterest Insights, and other tools.
Generate monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Identify trends and emerging content formats to keep the brand presence updated and competitive.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-platform social media for personal brands, lifestyle, coaching, or wellness-based businesses.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, organic reach optimization, and follower-building strategies.
Prior experience with both organic and paid lead generation.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with an ability to write in a high-value, emotionally resonant tone.
Proficiency in content planning, publishing, and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Planoly, Later, or similar.
Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
Bonus Advantage if You Have
Experience working with brands in wellness, coaching, self-growth, or luxury consulting.
Understanding of premium clientele (NRI, high-net-worth individuals, spiritually curious seekers).
Willingness to travel occasionally for behind-the-scenes shoots or live events.
