Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Social Media Manager

to take ownership of our social media presence across all platforms.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years of experience Proven experience managing social media accounts for fashion/lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and Reels-based content strategies. Excellent content planning, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, marketing, and influencer teams. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite, etc. A keen eye for fashion, trends, and storytelling through visual content. Good proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle industry. Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow HallstattLife's presence on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and seasonal product drops. Collaborate with the in-house

to plan and get high-quality content created and published on time. Write engaging captions, coordinate post scheduling, and ensure timely responses to comments and DMs. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize content and engagement strategies. Track KPIs like reach, engagement, and follower growth; prepare regular reports and insights for the team. Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, aesthetics, and values. Preparing Monthly reports of the activities performed and KPIs achieved in comparisons to set goals.
