Role Overview
We are hiring a
Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Lead
who can
own and manage the complete digital presence
of the brand. This role requires hands-on expertise across
social media platforms, website management, and paid advertising
.
This is a

, not limited to posting or coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
End-to-end management of
Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Manage engagement, comments, inquiries, and brand tone
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and videos
Maintain content calendars aligned with sales and project launches
Website Management
Regular updates of project details, banners, images, and content
Basic website content management and coordination with developers if required
Ensure website content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns
Monitor website performance and lead flow
Paid Marketing & Performance Ads
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube)
Manage
Facebook & Instagram Ads
for lead generation and branding
Budget allocation, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Generate qualified leads and support the sales funnel
Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Brand & Growth Management
Strengthen Rosero's digital brand identity across platforms
Track trends, competitors, and campaign performance
Drive consistency across organic and paid marketing efforts
Support project launches, site visit campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in
Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile
Practical knowledge of
Google Ads & Meta (FB/Instagram) Ads
Website content management experience (WordPress or similar CMS preferred)
Understanding of lead funnels, CPL, ROAS, and campaign optimization
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of digital growth
Prior experience in
real estate or high-value product marketing
is a plus
