Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a brand's social presence across various platforms, equipped with a deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and manage monthly content planners and posting calendars for our clients, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.
? Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to translate creative concepts into visually compelling assets.
? Participate actively in on-site shoots, providing on-the-spot social media insights and ensuring content capture aligns with campaign goals.
? Maintain a strong command of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and leverage your knowledge of their algorithms to optimize account performance and engagement.
? Bring a creative and trend-focused mindset to brainstorm out-of-the-box ideas that align with the latest social media trends.
