Based in Fiji, you will manage content strategy, drive engagement, and build brand awareness. Youll collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to create cohesive campaigns aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Fiji market
Manage daily posting, content creation, and platform analytics
Run paid social campaigns to increase reach and conversions
Monitor trends, respond to followers, and manage online reputation
Collaborate with influencers and local partners
Report on performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on social media management experience
Strong knowledge of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proven experience with paid ad campaigns and analytics tools
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills
Familiarity with the Fijian market is a plus
