Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at BigWig Media & Events Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Delhi, specifically Central Delhi and North Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience and will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives with measurable success.
  • Experience in managing content calendars to ensure optimal timing and consistency across platforms. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong ability in content creation to produce engaging and visually appealing social media content aligned with brand tone.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing practices to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Marketing strategies to build awareness and connect with target audiences effectively.
  • Skilled in leveraging performance analytics to interpret data, adjust strategies, and optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, maximizing ROI.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing approaches for all digital efforts.
  • Must have leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a cohesive team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote brand recognition, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.
  • Design, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms aligned with marketing goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
