Maaesa Creations is a growing women's fashion brand based in Jaipur. We are looking for a

creative and skilled Social Media Manager cum Graphic Designer

who can handle daily social media content, visual creatives, and short-form videos.

Qualification is not mandatory -- skills and creativity matter most.

Key Responsibilities

Design attractive creatives, banners, and posts for social media Manage and grow the brand's social media presence Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content Plan and execute monthly social media calendars Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) for: Creative ideation Content generation Faster workflows Stay updated with social media trends, reel formats, and algorithms
Requirements

Strong graphic design skills Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator Premiere Pro / After Effects Canva Video editing knowledge (CapCut, Filmora, or similar) Understanding of social media content creation Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills

Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands Photography or product styling knowledge Ability to write basic captions and content ideas Familiarity with AI-based creative tools
