Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Design and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to align with business goals.
Content Creation & Curation:
Formulate high-quality, original content, including engaging text, photos, and videos (especially Reels and Stories) that align with fashion trends and the brand's aesthetic.
Content Management:
Create and manage a consistent content calendar, ensuring timely and regular posting across all channels.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community, manage brand reputation, and provide excellent customer service.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand advocates for collaborations and partnerships to expand the brand's reach and audience.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, tracking performance and ensuring effective ad spend to drive results.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and web traffic metrics (e.g., using Google Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness, glean insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Trend Spotting:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices within the fashion industry to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel messaging and brand consistency.

Qualifications:
