Social Media Manager
to lead our digital presence, engage audiences, and drive footfall through innovative online campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a monthly social media strategy and calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute campaigns for festivals, sales, store openings, and events in coordination with the marketing team
Manage content creation -- including reels, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and video storytelling
Create and monitor social media ad campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports
Coordinate with stores, agencies, photographers, and influencers for campaign execution
Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, reels formats, and platform algorithms
Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual content across all digital touchpoints
Support offline events with live coverage, stories, and post-event highlights
Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of proven experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, content trends, and influencer marketing
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools
Excellent communication, creative writing, and planning skills
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience with paid ads, analytics, and reporting tools preferred
