Job Summary

We are seeking a

dynamic Social Media Manager

with strong

graphic design skills

who can handle and grow our presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, developing social media strategies, and leveraging visual design to boost brand identity and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Design eye-catching social media posts and graphics using Canva tailored for real estate audiences. Edit simple videos for reels, stories, and posts to enhance engagement. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and client goals.

Platform Management

Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube). Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) and provide regular performance reports. Use insights to optimize content and posting strategies for maximum impact.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with account managers, graphic designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure cohesive and on-brand messaging. Stay updated with social media trends and tools to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency with Canva & Adobe Suits for graphic design and content creation. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). Basic video editing skills using tools like InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

2+ years managing social media accounts, ideally within real estate or marketing agencies. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
