Digital Amigos is looking for a talented and creative

Social Media Manager

to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' social media presence across various platforms, with a focus on organic growth, audience engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful social media strategies, create compelling content, and generate increased followers and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and Optimize Social Media Channels:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to grow and engage the audience.

Organic Growth and Follower Engagement:

Drive organic traffic by creating unique, engaging content and interacting with followers to boost engagement and increase followers naturally.

Content Creation and Planning:

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories, that align with each client's brand identity and goals.

On-Site Visits and Video Production:

Be willing to visit client locations to shoot videos, reels, and other multimedia content that highlights their services or products authentically.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights, improving reach and engagement.

Trend Research:

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to ensure all content is aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software Excellent content creation skills, particularly in video and reel production Ability to visit client locations for video shoots when needed Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and engagement techniques Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
