Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a

Social Media Manager & Content Writer

. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, writing, and digital trends. You will assist in planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Write engaging captions, taglines, and copy for creatives, reels, videos, and website content.

Schedule, post, and manage timely updates across platforms.

Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to build audience relationships.

Track analytics (engagement, reach, leads) and share performance reports.

Plan, manage, and execute campaigns and celebrations (festivals, anniversaries, achievements, etc.).

Create and publish client showcasing content (posters, carousels, testimonial videos).

Promote podcasts, events, speaking engagements, awards, and recognitions.

Run lead generation and branding ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Coordinate with media for the publication of articles and editorials (online & offline).

Collaborate with the design and video team for content execution.

Work on director's and leadership team's personal branding content.

Manage special greetings, festive campaigns, and gifting activities.

Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and social media algorithms to optimize strategies.
