We're looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor & Content Creator to help us craft high-quality, short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who knows how to turn raw footage into compelling, platform-optimized clips that grab attention, communicate ideas clearly, and build engagement. The content will be in English.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce short-form videos (30-90 seconds) for social media platforms
- Repurpose long-form video content into punchy clips suitable for each platform
- Add captions, transitions, music, and effects to enhance viewer engagement
- Maintain consistency with brand visuals, tone, and messaging
- Stay on top of current trends, formats, and best practices in video and social content
- Organize files and manage content library for easy re-use

Tools You Should Know:
- Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Social-First Tools: CapCut, InShot, Descript
- Graphic & Motion Tools (Optional Bonus): After Effects, Canva, Adobe Express

Ideal Candidate:
- Has a strong portfolio of social media video content
- Understands how to optimize content for various platforms (especially vertical formats)
- Can work independently and deliver quickly
- Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Is creative and keeps up with trending audio, styles, and formats
