Role Overview
The Social Media & Creative Content Manager will handle end-to-end content planning, creative direction, publishing, and engagement across all brand platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website. The role requires someone who understands branding, digital trends, and storytelling--especially in sustainability and textiles.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Plan, schedule, and post content regularly on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other brand platforms
Manage monthly content calendars
Ensure brand consistency across all communication
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community
Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
Creative Content & Storyboarding
Develop creative concepts for photo/video shoots and campaigns
Create storyboards for product videos, brand films, and reel content
Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and marketing team
Write captions, scripts, and micro-content aligned with brand tone
Design & Creatives
Create design assets such as posts, banners, infographics, and thumbnails
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
Ensure all creatives reflect sustainability values and brand guidelines
Website Management
Update product information, blogs, and visuals on the company website
Coordinate with developers for improvements or technical changes
Maintain content accuracy and high-quality presentation
ouTube & LinkedIn Management
Upload videos, write optimized descriptions, and manage playlists
Create professional posts for LinkedIn to showcase achievements, sustainability stories, B2B updates
Optimize content for SEO and platform best practices
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content roles
Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube trends
Ability to create basic designs and collaborate on creative projects
Good understanding of brand storytelling & copywriting
Interest in sustainability, textiles, or fashion (added advantage)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Based in Bangalore
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
Experience with website builders (WordPress / Shopify / custom CMS)
Basic video editing skills
Ability to ideate campaigns and run ads (not mandatory)
