We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven

Content Creator & Social Media Manager

to take full ownership of our brand's online presence. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content and managing our social media platforms to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation:

Plan, create, and edit high-quality visual and written content (photos, videos, graphics, captions, blogs, etc.) Develop content tailored to specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with the design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor content trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our presence across all relevant social platforms Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platform scheduling Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and community discussions Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports (engagement, reach, followers, conversion, etc.)

Strategy & Campaigns:

Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing goals Analyze trends and audience insights to refine strategies and boost performance Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships when relevant

Requirements:

Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role Strong portfolio of past content (graphics, videos, campaigns, etc.) Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills Basic knowledge of design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) Understanding of SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is a plus Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹12,512.74 - ₹30,000.35 per month
