About the Role
As Social Media Manager at Headphone Zone, you'll bring our community to life online -- creating engaging content and conversations across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
You'll tell the stories behind our products, brands, events, and team -- helping build a passionate, connected following of music lovers and audiophiles.

Through your work, you'll inspire people to explore new music, new gear, and new experiences.
What You'll Do
Create content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Plan and produce content -- Reels, posts, Stories, videos -- that bring our products and culture to life
Engage with our audience -- responding to comments, DMs, and building conversations
Cover live events -- like Headphone Connect -- and share behind-the-scenes content
Collaborate with Designers, Content Writers, and Brand teams to maintain a consistent voice
Track performance and optimise content strategy
Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and audio community conversations
Use tools like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Suite, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack
What We're Looking For
Freshers are welcome
-- we love hiring proactive freshers! Or even better, 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community building
Strong content instincts -- ability to create content that feels fresh, human, and aligned with our brand
Excellent writing and communication skills
Comfort on video -- being on camera for Reels or Stories is a plus
A mindset aligned with our values: doing the right way, not the easy way; always learning and improving; taking ownership and responsibility; understanding that growth lies in discomfort; serving with grace and respe
Interest in music and audio gear -- so your content speaks authentically to our community
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Based in Mumbai -- this is a full-time, in-office role at our HQ in Andheri West
