Core Roles & Responsibilities



Social Media Manager:



Oversees the entire strategy, aligns activities with brand goals, manages the team, handles budgets, and analyzes overall performance.

Executes campaigns, schedules posts, researches trends, monitors engagement, and ensures brand consistency.

Focuses on building relationships, interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing online communities.

Writes engaging text, crafts post copy, and develops content ideas.

Creates visuals (images, videos, graphics) to accompany posts.

Manages advertising budgets, runs ads, and optimizes campaigns for paid reach.

Tracks metrics, analyzes data, reports on campaign success, and identifies audience insights.

Key Activities Across Roles



Strategy & Planning: Setting goals, defining target audiences, planning campaigns. Content Creation & Publishing: Writing, designing, scheduling posts across platforms. Community Engagement: Interacting with users, responding to DMs, fostering brand loyalty. Analytics & Reporting: Measuring KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and providing insights. Trend Monitoring: Staying updated on platform changes, algorithms, and new features. Collaboration: Working with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
