Job Description

Key Requirements:

Content Planning & Creation

Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with company goals. Create engaging posts, captions, and stories for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality property visuals and content.

Account & Community Management

Manage daily posting, engagement, responses, and community interaction across social channels. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly to improve customer engagement.

Campaign Development

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns to generate property leads and brand awareness. Track ROI and optimize campaigns based on performance analytics.

Market & Competitive Analysis

Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital opportunities. Suggest improvements and innovative content ideas based on insights.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. Present analytics insights with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field. 2-5 years of social media management experience (Real estate experience preferred). Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Experience with ad management tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc. Strong creative writing skills and eye for design. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is a plus.
