The Formal Club is a growing men's fashion brand that focuses on premium quality, sustainability, and style. We design shirts made from luxurious fabrics like Giza cotton and eco-friendly bamboo, combining comfort with craftsmanship.

We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

who can help us build a strong online presence, connect with our audience, and drive engagement through creative and effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, plan, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and other platforms as well. Collaborate with the creative and marketing team for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Write engaging captions, plan reels, and ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity. Manage community interactions -- respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries. Track social media performance metrics and provide regular reports. Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities in the fashion industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content planning software. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good sense of design and aesthetics.
