Job Description

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage online presence across all digital platforms (website, social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM, etc.). Oversee content creation for digital campaigns, ensuring quality, relevance, and engagement. Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to improve ROI. Manage SEO and SEM strategies for better visibility and ranking. Handle paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales, IT) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and digital marketing trends to keep strategies updated. Prepare regular performance reports on digital marketing efforts. Manage and mentor junior digital marketing executives or interns (if applicable).

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Proven work experience (5+ years preferred) in digital marketing. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email campaigns. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,517.19 - ₹50,000.00 per month
