Content Planning & Creation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn )
Ensure content is on-brand, consistent with the voice and tone, and optimized for each platform.
Plan and schedule posts, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Monitor and engage with user-generated content and encourage audience interaction.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., PR, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Paid Media & Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Ensure ads are targeted effectively and deliver results.
Brand Monitoring & Crisis Management:
Track brand sentiment and address potential issues or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Help manage online reputation and maintain positive brand perception.
Stay Current on Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
Implement innovative strategies to ensure the brand stays competitive in a fast-evolving social media landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in social media marketing or strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing results.
Proficiency in social media platforms, tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights).
Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Experience with paid social media campaigns.
Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
