Job Description

The Social Media Manager at Potencia Academy Punjab would likely be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the academy's online presence, promote its educational programs, and engage with students, parents, and the community. The role would focus on building brand awareness and supporting the academy's mission through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the academy's goals, creating engaging content (posts, videos, graphics) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc

- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community interaction and build brand loyalty.[]

- Platform Management: Manage and optimize the academy's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversions, using tools like Facebook Ads Manager or analytics dashboards to refine strategies.

- Paid Campaigns: Oversee paid social media ads to promote events, courses, or enrollment drives, optimizing for return on ad spend

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities to keep content relevant and innovative.

- Collaboration: Work with the academy's marketing, admissions, and academic teams to align social media efforts with broader institutional objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
