Job Deliverables - Social Media Manager Qualitative Skills: Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative content ideas. Monitoring Trends: Keeping an eye on industry trends and incorporating relevant ones into social media strategies. QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Background: Graduation (Mandatory) Professional Experience: Min 4 years RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Social Media Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing. 2. Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), understanding their nuances and best practices. 3. Creativity: Generate creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and other activities to increase brand visibility and engagement. (including employee branding) 4. Content Creation / Copywriting: Ability to create engaging and shareable content, including copy. Knowledge of video editing tools to create and edit videos for social media is a plus 5. Social Media Management/Automation Tools: Proficiency in using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to schedule posts, track mentions, and manage social media accounts efficiently. 6. Social Media Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms and features. 7. ORM: Familiarity with ORM. Respond effectively to customer inquiries and issues on social media, maintaining a positive brand image. 8. Data Analysis: Ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to interpret data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. 9. Understanding basic SEO principles and experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
