The Social Media Manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of official social media platforms. The role demands strong content sensibility, hands-on experience with AI-driven social media tools, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and government stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate official social media handles including Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, government communication guidelines, and public outreach goals.
Create, curate, and optimize content using AI-based tools for text, creatives, captions, and hashtags.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as design, video, content, analytics, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless execution.
Utilize social media management platforms with AI capabilities for social listening, audience behavior analysis, sentiment tracking, and trend identification.
Monitor daily performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, growth trends, and sentiment analysis.
Identify trending topics and real-time opportunities relevant to public communication and government initiatives.
Prepare detailed performance dashboards, weekly and monthly analytical reports, and trend documentation suitable for submission to clients and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with official communication protocols, approvals, and content governance standards.
Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in large-scale or institutional projects.
Prior experience managing government or public-sector official social media handles is highly preferred.
Strong hands-on exposure to AI-powered content generation and social media management tools.
Expertise in social analytics, reporting, and documentation with attention to detail.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and departments under tight timelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the required languages.
