The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, a strategic planner, and a skilled communicator who can drive brand success through engaging content creation, team management, reporting, and client retention strategies.

Responsibilities:



Team Management:

Recruit, train, and lead a team of social media specialists.
Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and ensure team members meet their performance goals.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Content Creation:

Develop and execute content strategies for clients across various industries.
Oversee the creation of engaging and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Ensure content aligns with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

Social Media Management:

Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Schedule and publish posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes.

Reporting:

Analyze performance metrics and create comprehensive reports for clients.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving social media strategies.
Monitor and report on competitors and industry trends.

Client Retention Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
Identify opportunities for upselling services and growing accounts.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools. Creativity and a passion for staying updated with industry trends. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Client-focused with exceptional client management skills.
