Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content calendars for all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with the brand tone and campaigns
Capture and edit promotional videos, product demos, client testimonials, and other short-form content
Analyze social media performance and report insights to guide strategy
Stay updated with trends in social media, video formats, and industry best practices
Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to align messaging and campaigns
Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in social media management and video editing
Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar
Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement techniques
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for design & storytelling
Basic understanding of digital marketing trends
Excellent time management and communication skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience working in the IT or tech industry
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
Basic motion graphics or animation skills (Adobe After Effects or similar)
