Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven
Social Media Manager & Marketer
to take charge of Chhapai's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing our creative products, building strong brand visibility, and driving measurable growth through both organic and paid campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity, strategy, and data-driven marketing to engage our audience and highlight Chhapai as a leader in premium print and design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored for the
print, design, and creative industry
.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) that highlights Chhapai's products, services, and brand ethos.
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent storytelling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Run and optimize paid marketing campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and use data insights to refine strategies.
Identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities to enhance Chhapai's digital presence.
Build strong online communities and manage customer interactions across platforms.
Work on influencer collaborations and brand partnerships to increase visibility.
Required Skills
Strong content creation and visual storytelling ability.
Excellent copywriting skills with a flair for creative, catchy content.
Good design sense; experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator preferred.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Experience with paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and growth strategies for the creative/print industry.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Up-to-date with latest social media trends, especially in
design, lifestyle, and branding
niches.
Qualifications
Atleast 1-2 years of proven experience in social media & digital marketing is preferred.
Experience in the
design, print, or creative industry
will be a plus.
Portfolio of successful campaigns or creative content is preferred.
