About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Expert

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, carousels, reels, stories) Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Analyze social media and website traffic data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Grow community engagement and followers organically Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams Manage email marketing campaigns and automation Monitor online reputation and respond to customer queries/comments Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years

of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Excellent copywriting and communication skills Experience with tools like

Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, etc.

Ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience in graphic design or video editing Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate campaigns Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
