Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented
Social Media Content Manager
to lead our content creation and distribution across all social media platforms. This role involves developing engaging content strategies, managing social media calendars, collaborating with creative teams, and tracking performance to optimize engagement and reach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with brand goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, image, video, etc.) across all relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely publishing of posts.
Work with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce compelling content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform content planning.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
Coordinate social media campaigns and support paid advertising efforts where necessary.
Ensure brand voice and visual identity are consistently maintained across platforms.
Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
