Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
Develop engaging, original content for social media posts, blogs, website, newsletters, and campaigns.
Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
Research industry trends, hashtags, and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas.
Write SEO-friendly blogs, captions, and ad copies to boost engagement and visibility.
Social Media Management
Handle brand presence across platforms -- LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Plan, schedule, and post content regularly using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and optimize strategies for better results.
Run paid campaigns (if required) and track ROI on ad spends.
Brand Voice & Community Engagement
Maintain a consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all channels.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to nurture community engagement.
Identify influencer or collaboration opportunities to expand brand reach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content writing (portfolio preferred).
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms (basic design sense preferred).
Strong creativity, time management, and organizational skills.
