Now, we're looking for a
Social Media Manager
who's hands-on, creative, and deeply familiar with both digital marketing and pharma B2B branding.
Position Overview:
As a
Social Media Manager
at CLYZO, you will lead the company's 360 marketing efforts -- from digital campaigns to trade exhibitions, social media, and brand communications. You'll ensure
consistent visibility
across channels and drive
awareness
,
engagement
, and
business growth
in the highly specialized pharma excipients space.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Building
Plan and execute
360 marketing campaigns
(digital, print, events, social media).
Develop and manage a
monthly marketing calendar
including campaigns, content, events, and promotions.
Build
brand visibility
across online and offline platforms targeting pharma buyers and decision-makers.
Work with leadership to position CLYZO as a thought leader in the
pharma raw material
space.
Digital & Social Media Management
Own and manage all
social media channels
(LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and post engaging content (graphics, reels, product highlights, success stories).
Monitor performance, run ad campaigns, and optimize engagement and reach.
Product Shoot & Creative Content
Coordinate
product shoots
(excipients/raw materials) for catalog, digital use, and brochures.
Liaise with photographers, editors, and designers to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Marketing Collateral & Communication
Create/update
product brochures
, flyers, banners, and sales decks.
Ensure technical content aligns with regulatory and branding standards.
Events & Trade Shows
Plan and manage
CPHI exhibitions
and similar industry events.
Handle booth design, branding materials, visitor engagement, and post-event follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's
degree in Marketing, Pharma, or related field.
4+ years
of experience in marketing, preferably in the
pharma/B2B/raw material
industry.
Strong understanding of
pharma product marketing
and customer personas (formulators, procurement, R&D).
Hands-on experience with
social media platforms
,
content creation
, and
basic design tools
(Canva/Photoshop).
Knowledge of
trade event planning
, especially
CPHI or pharma expos
.
Excellent organizational and time management skills (calendar & campaign planning).
Strong communication and vendor coordination skills.
