Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and analytics-minded Social Media Manager and Content Strategist to join our remote team. This role is designed for individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to own social media content, drive engagement, and contribute meaningfully to brand growth. You'll collaborate with our marketing team to execute campaigns, shape our online voice, and ensure consistent and impactful content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, schedule, and manage content using social media tools for various platforms. Plan and execute social media campaigns in collaboration with marketing. Represent the brand online and build community with existing and potential customers. Analyze social media strategy and suggest improvements regularly. Track trends to keep our content and presence relevant and engaging. Set and monitor key performance indicators to refine campaign strategy. Lead the content strategy for the website--from ideation to publication. Identify trends, audience interests, and content gaps. Manage content distribution across multiple platforms and channels. Collaborate with data teams to evaluate performance and optimize content. Guide content production teams on SEO, video editing, and graphic design best practices. Stay current with trends, updates, and algorithm changes that impact content reach.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in social media/content strategy roles. Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and AI-based tools. Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and audience behavior. Excellent written communication and organizational skills. Ability to think creatively and analytically in equal measure.
